Graduate School Admission Results

GPA is Undergrad. Phil. Major; 1a/7r/0w/5p Received a very nice call from Dr. Mattingly informing me of the news.

It was my top choice :( Good luck everyone.

4+ years of international development experience. Strong LORs. Science background with 4.0 GPA, but not in development-related field. Strong Verbal/Writing, but a pretty low quant, honestly. Thank baby jesus this program values experience in the field. Offered 33% tuition, free language classes, internship stipend/airfare for summer between first and second years.

6 applicants were accepted out of 170 total applicants. Message from James Mattingly: "You will be getting a letter from the Georgetown Graduate School reporting this decision in the next week or so. But their process is slow and I thought it would be better to let you know right away."

No funding, but DSPP seems to be a nice program and DC is a place with abundant resources and opportunities.

Email notification to check the online portal. Form letter. I expected this since no interview, but it still sucks. This was my first choice. Glad it came after 4 acceptances, but still... Congrats to those who got in. It's a great program.

Got admitted with a 67% scholarship. The program will fully cover the cost of tuition for optional Georgetown language classes and the costs of my airfare and a stipend for the summer internship between my first and second years.

Have any Pharmacology interviewees heard back yet? I was at the first interview weekend (1/30-2/1) and I know they did the second one already.
