True, coordinator just informed they haven't admitted off of WL yet. Also, turns out there are 21 people in the WL, so now I wonder if those 10-12 interviewed have better chances or, on the contrary, were invited to a meeting to see whether their interests don't match Duke at all.

To posts below: I emailed Duke admissions and they said they have not sent out any waitlist offers. So the Duke posts about getting admitted are likely trolls.

TPB: duke posts are not trolls, they did sent out offers to wl on monday, not sure if any more is coming, but rejections will go out on 15th. good luck!

Are these Duke posters trolls? They told me that the waitlist wouldn't see any movement until a few days before April 15th.

TPB: They interviewed around 10 people off the waitlist about two weeks ago, we were told they were very interested in us and were seeking to pare down the waitlist and make sure we were good fits/still interested.

TPB: What Duke interview are you referring to? The one during the visit day or something different?

I was waitlisted by Duke in Feb and have not heard anything since then. Attended the open house last week and really want to be accepted off the waitlist. I saw one admission off the waitlist from this forum yesterday, and I am wondering if there is anyone else off the waitlist at Duke as well. Thanks in advance!

Not to pile on here, but at this point there's very little reason to still have more than one offer. Most visit days have happened, and there's been lots of time to talk to faculty and current grad students. Figure out what your dominating offer is, reject the others, and sit back for the waitlists.
