Physics, NSF GRFP E/VG, VG/VG, and F/P. I guess I caught the last reviewer in a bad mood...

Electrical And Systems Engineering (ESE), University Of Pennsylvania (UPenn) Those jerks were definitely just waiting to see if I got the NSF GRFP (which I didn't) before they rejected me.

Clinical Psychology, NSF GRFP G/G, G/VG, G/VG - Reviewers liked my broader impacts, and liked my academic record, but one reviewer in particular seemed to think my proposal was a little too basic (e.g. the proposed study is correlational in nature... no attempt is made to determine causality). This was my first year applying, and I'll definitely be reapplying when I start graduate school in the fall.

GRFP, NSF Masters GPA 3.72. E/E, VG/F, VG/F. First reviewer loved everything about me and my proposal. Second two were impressed with my academic history, but didn't think I involved the community enough in the project (specifically youth).

Medical Anthropology, NSF GRFP E/E, E/VG, VG/G. Two of my reviewers gave very valid/helpful feedback, but I'm pretty sure the third (E/VG) just skimmed it -- he/she repeatedly got my country of focus wrong!

Chemical Engineering, NSF GRFP VG/G, E/E, E/G. Didn't have enough broader impact in my personal statement (despite plenty in my proposal).
Economics, NSF GRFP VG/E, G/VG, VG/E - someone who got it care to share their scores? Want to know how close I was

NSF GRFP, NSF GRFP VG/E E/E,E/VG. 2nd grad bioeng stud, 7 ys of research (took 2 ys off after undergrad), 2 - co-auth. 2 - 1st auth in prep/submitted, plus 3 more pubs, bunch of presentations nationally, TAing for a semester, tutoring, novel idea (reviewers loved it). Last y also HM (E/P, E/G, E/G). Worked so hard to improve my BI. All reviewers recommended me. So disappointing. I don't know what went wrong or how you win it?!? Hope this helps to somebody.
