Economics, University Of Illinois At Chicago (UIC) The letter was sent to the wrong address (my fault, not theirs) but finally got the letter today. No funding unfortunately but that's ok because I'll be able to reapply for funding next year. So excited! For students applying who don't come from a math background (my bachelors and masters degree were in business), be sure to have a plan to complete Calc I-III before you start. I'm taking classes with Netmath (netmath.illinois.edu). I'm also taking Applied Linear Algebra in the summer at UIC before I start.

Economics, Duke Check the website under "view decision". I got an A in real analysis and proof based Linear Algebra. I wrote two empirical papers and work at a research center. My flaws: Low GRE scores and weak Calc II and III grades. So, I'm assuming they highly value GRE and Calc I-III grades.

Economics, University Of Southern California Probably the result of listing the wrong people in my essay (two were quite old and I probably didn't have all that great of an idea for the third). BA in 2006. JD in 2009 with continuous litigation work experience after. Math: Calc I-III, Linear Algebra, Real Analysis. Econ: all the usual requirements, plus Econometrics and Math Econ.
