University of Pennsylvania Graduate School Admission Results

For those who will decline their offer (from what I can read from the previous posts), I'll appreciate it a lot if you can do it as soon as possible. I really want to go there. Thanks!

Application status changed to decision made this morning, and a few hours later I received a rejection letter in the e-mail. I was wait-listed this year, and my GRE scores improved this year, as well as more experience working in a pre-school. However, I've been accepted to my top choice school so I am not heartbroken! :) It just shows you that you never know what the schools are looking for. I was a less competitive applicant last year, and I got wait-listed.

Lost my application - contacted academic director. had me come in for an interview and accepted me the same day. Can't wait!

For the Facebook page, I looked at it and liked it, but it wouldn't let me see who else liked it. Should we make a facebook group instead of a Page? So we can communicate between all of us?!

Second alternate for this year. Guarantee a spot for next year.

Finally, disappointed, after 3 months on the waiting list...

I contacted the department. They told me I didn't make the most recent cut.

There is still no word on funding, and the department is closed mouthed as to when more information will be available.

This was surprising. I don't understand these schools, was accepted to Hunter and TC but not here. Congrats to those who were accepted!

Got better offer. Will withdraw.
