Received a phone interview with the program director on 3/9/2018. After not hearing back by the end of March (she said decisions would be made by then), I emailed on 4/17 to ask the status. Was told I didn't make the first wave, and they would let us know ASAP if we made the second wave or not. The application website still indicates "under review." I've since accepted another offer.
