1.5 yrs of work experience as a design Engineer in a semiconductor industry. No research papers though. Sigh!

Strong LoRs. 1 high impacting publication.

7 years of industrial research experience, 10 publications including journals, 10 patents. (hopefully) good LORs.

no admission to any schools yet. Really worried. But good luck to us all.
