New York University Graduate School Admission Results

To the below poster, I am in the same boat as you. I was interviewed in early February, was not invited to the "campus visit," and also received no waitlist as someone else seems to have last Monday. I formally contacted the DGS, who responded to me last Monday (the day when decisions had been e-mailed out to the admitted and waitlist poster) that they were still in the process of making decisions (paraphrasing here from Spanish). I am personally assuming rejection at this point and hope we find out soon. My suspicion is that the "campus visit" included a subsequent interview and the waitlist poster was waitlisted after the campus visit interview. I say this in part because my interview did not include the DGS and had only 2 members, which is highly irregular for any final interview. We must continue to wait and see, however.

Has anyone received a rejection from this program yet? Interviewed in early February, was not invited to campus visit, wondering if I should assume rejection.

Got a congratulations broadcast message from Dean, but the application status in Portal is still being reviewed. LOL.

Received a scholarship of $65k (75% of tuition). Was admitted after being invited to the Candidate Weekend funded by the school.

60% funded for two years

Didn't get into phd but got into MA
