Political Science, University Of Toronto Comparative subfield, no GRE, strong references and grades + industry exp. in my research field. Informal email notification followed by formal offer via email too. Nice emails from two professors from the program. :) No word from UBC--Has anyone heard from them yet or know when they're releasing decisions?

Political Science, University Of Toronto I just got an update from UofT political science, waitlisted. My subfield is comparative politics. I am being waitlisted. So, if any of you plan not to go to UofT political science, please decline now for me. :'(

Political Science, Yale University Was my top program, perfect fit, several publications, Ivy background, had promising contact with several faculty members and recommendation from former tenured prof at the department. GRE was probably too weak. Quite sad, but got into my second choice, so it is fine.
