To the poster inquiring about the decision deadline once you are accepted: My letter states, "To hold your place in the program, please respond to our Graduate Coordinator within 30 days of the date of this letter." Mine was dated April 6th, so they gave me until May 5th. That will probably be enough time to find out about any awards and to receive the package from Financial Aid. However, it obviously creates a problem if you have a competing offer with an April 15th deadline.

As of yet no funding. Awards coordinator told me by email that no financial awards have been mailed out yet. (However, at least one person on this board posted a while back that they received funding.) Man, what a bizarre process. I went in to this whole thing thinking I'd be comparing funding offers, but now I'm just grateful to have gotten in.
