Johns Hopkins University Electrical And Computer Engineering Graduate School Admission Results

If you want to apply to this program, you should contact your interested professors as early as possible. I made a huge mistake. On November, I heard from an Alumni said that the reviewing process is totally controlled by the committee, and any person email would be useless. Anyway, on early March, I contacted several professors. They all said my background matched well with them, but they had made out several offers. And I knew that this application was fucked up. Anyway, the good things is that I got an admission to the Mres+Doctoral program of Cambridge University.

For those accepted have any of you accepted or declined acceptance in the program? This is one of my top schools and I haven heard back yet, looking for some good news hopefully soon!

Undergrad in CS (non IIT), 1 research Internship, multiple projects, 1 International and 1 Local Conference paper

I'm still waiting to hear from this program also.

Poster below, I emailed them and they told me that my app was still under review and that I had to check in with them again. Why should I have to check in, since I am the applicant? Anyway, when I contacted another school about the same thing, they told me I was still under review, then soon after rejected me. I don't want to be negative, but I would also like to plan my next steps. I'm assuming this means we are on some kind of unofficial waitlist.

To those of you accepted and have other options, we are please asking you to make a choice to help those of us who are still waiting!

I just need to rant for a moment here. I have not received an interview or rejection from this program. I have heard from others that I did receive rejections. When I called to ask about my application they stated that I was still under review. I sent an email and was ignored. Just unacceptable. I spent money to apply to program and that they don't even have the decency to reject me from the program and instead continually say I'm "under review"

Very excited! Three research experiences (no paper), two clinical observations

To the other SJU poster I haven’t been rejected or accepted either. What a weird state of limbo. I’m a legacy at this school and haven’t had this experience before (I applied for undergrad and a masters before). Very weird and it’s next to impossible to talk to anyone about it. I don’t get it.

It's May so it was kind of expected. The way the letter was written was ridiculous and someone really needs to tell them that.
