Recent Graduate Admission Results March 2008
Computer Science, Georgia Institute Of Technology To all applicants at GaTech, who got admitted/rejected, could you please give me a bit of info. My status was changed to 'final decision has been made.. and you will be notified via post..' on the online status check. However I didn't get any email confirmation of whether I am accepted or rejected. Those who have received a decision, it would be great if I could know how long does it take to receive a postal decision from USA to Asia. Also that no email confirmation has been provided to me, does that give a dark signal to me? Thanks in advance to anybody who can sort out my dilemma.

Computer Science, Gatech To The GaTech poster: if your website shows something like this, then you are admitted.. "*Final decision has been made -- you will receive two letters in the mail -- one from the department and one from Graduate Admissions. PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE OR EMAIL REGARDING THIS DECISION. You must wait to receive the official decision letter." However, if the status says: you will receive "a" letter from the department, then it is a bad news... That is how it is from Isye dept, not sure abt Computer science..hope this info. helps !!

Computer Science, Iowa State University To the poster who got admitted to Iowa State University on 14th March. Did the graduate college e-mail/mail you about their decision or did you call them ? I got an admission notification from the Computer Science department on 24th March but yet to hear from the graduate college.

Computer Science, Iowa State University To the query below...I had actually first mailed Linda Dutton(she said-no problem in approval from university if all the required documents have been submitted), I then mailed gradhelp@iastate.edu and got the approval news in reply
