Clinical Psychology Graduate School Admission Results

Had my 3 rounds of pre-lim virtual interviews last week - thought they went well. Unfortunately, got waitlisted before I had a chance to attend the in-person group interview next month. Can waitlisted candidates be bumped up to receiving admission offers even from the pre-lim round (January)? Or only for those who are waitlisted after the group interview (February)?

Got the email this morning that I was waitlisted and not offered a second interview. I'm pretty crushed. Has anyone heard of movement on the waitlist ever after only the first interview?

Did not receive an interview by their 1/15 date, assuming rejection. Applied to PI: AR. 2 years post-bac research experience with 4 poster conferences and 1 publication in press with another under review.

Canadian, prelim in with PI

Received rejection letter to email from automated system. Undergrad GPA from a pub school, 2 years research experience at an R1 institution. Maybe just need another year or two to round out the CV. Best of luck to everyone interviewing.

BA Psychology 3.50 MS Addiction Counseling 3.85 MA Forensic Psychology 3.96. 1 year research experience with an award from a well-known conference. Applied for forensic speciality advisors and did not receive an interview invite by the 15th as the email mentioned.

Had an informal interview with the PI last week (not comfortable sharing PI initials at this time, sorry!) and received an email invitation from the clinical program coordinator for interview day on 2/7! Sending out good vibes to those still waiting to hear, you got this :)

After completing prelim, received email saying I am not invited to in-person interviews but that they are not outright rejecting me. Waitlisted I guess.
