Expected even though slight disappointment. At least the wait is over now and I know which grad school I'm going to :) Goodbye the grad cafe!!

(Ignore waitlist) Has anyone received an acceptance from MIT M.Arch 1? Things are really quiet this year.

Only 1 applicant accepted. Was notified of being on a short waitlist by POI. Tough year!

Ignore the waitlist. Has anyone been interviewed for the SMarchS programs at MIT?

Building Technology PhD program's deadline was Jan. 8th. Now, the status was changed to "Your application has been reviewed by staff and has been sent to the admissions committee for consideration."

Emailed them two days ago regarding the waitlist status. Replied with: "I am truly sorry to inform you that we are not offering you admission to MIT's Department of Architecture for the Master of Architecture. The number of applicants for admission to the Graduate School greatly exceeds the number that can be accommodated and it has been necessary to refuse admission to some fine applicants." Too bad I couldn't get in. Will be attending Harvard GSD though!

Got into Stanford and Harvard, rejected by MIT who was my first pick. Congrats to those accepted!
