Biomedical Engineering, University of Southern California TTPB: I was accepted this year. I was not invited to the campus visit maybe because I'm an international student. Did get a fellowship though (32000k/yr). It took quite a long time before the notification is sent to me. I was told that all the fellowship offers must be sent and accepted by April 15 but they didn't mention a ddl for TA/RA offers. So I guess there are still chances.
