Computer Science Graduate School Admission Results

Where are all the 2020 students at? Anyone hear back yet? I received just one email about how they're still continuing to evaluate applications and dealing with the COVID-19 situation. Their application deadline was so long ago... we've been waiting 5 months now :( hoping to get admitted but have already received my rejection from UofT and UofA.

Could you please tell us more about the interview. What were you asked apparently by the Profs. That would be a great help for us.

Data science, applied to Fall 2020, got 2021 Spring admit.

Same here. Still received nothing from USC. If it doesn't send me decision before mid May, I'll accept another offer.

TTPB: I had an interview with a professor on the 6th May and received the acceptance on the 8th via email. The deadline to accept is 1st June so I guess UBC will be sending updates soon to whoever hasn't heard from them. Good luck if you are still waiting, late admission is a thing apparently!

TTPB: How do you get a net ID ?

Applied in September 2019, interviewed in March 2020, and the decision status on the portal still says “Pending”. Is there anyone in the same boat as me? This is becoming so stressful. I had to accept two other Ivy League unis just so I could guarantee a spot, but my top pick is Columbia.

TTPB: I received my net id today and activated my account. But no letter was there. When did you receive your letter?

Applied to MCS for Fall 2020. Logged in to AIS today after activating the NetID and found a decision letter which had a generic rejection mail.

Spring 2021 admit

Accepted after being put on the waiting list!

I got into UIC and Boston Uni also had a good chance at SFU until I made an obvious error while applying.

Welp! Looks like I'm going to Buffalo now. Atleast I won't go into a huge freaking debt.

I have just received my UIN from TAMU. I activated my netid, but on the portal no where decision is there. There are only 3 fields of email. Can somebody tell what to do next and where to see the results?

I was shattered.... After 4 months of wait I finally got a reject. I wonder what made them wait so long. I had a really strong profile except my verbal scores. It really sucks...it was my dream university. 2020 really sucks... :(

Why don't I have any messages at this time.... It's almost half way through May now..
