TTPB: Was interviewed in Feb. Recommenders received verification mail in first week of March and nothing since then. I have a good enough profile to make it imo so the wait is agitating me immensely.

TTPB: Same story man. If you don't mind, could you please tell me your profile? Also, what concentration are you a0plying for? I have work ex as a data scientist at a tech giant, an above average gpa from a tier 1 uni in india, and a gre of 325 with 169 in q. Idk why they are making us wait like this. I have a deadline approaching for another uni.

TTPB: You have a really good profile too. We'll just have to wait I guess. Mechanical engineering fresher with a minor in OR from India. 325 in GRE 170 in quant, 116 TOEFL, 9.4 CGPA. CFA Level 1. Internship experience in Finance. Applying for finance track.

TTPB: Aah, you have a great profile. I have an interest in analytics and fin. So, kind of listed out both in the interview and in the interested section of my application. There are a lot of people on quantnet waiting for the decision too. Probably some fin related thing.

Hello, has anyone contacted the department yet? It's mid-April now. High time they released decisions.

It's been so long, that almost all hope is lost. Emailed them recently only to receive the most generic of emails : Thank you for your continued interest in Columbia Engineering. We appreciate the time and effort you spent in preparing your application and want to assure you that the faculty admissions committee is working very hard to give each application careful attention. We will contact you via email as soon as a decision is entered on your application.

Anyone's application is locked and cannot be edited? Mine is still editable. But seem someone got interviewed, admitted already

To the post below, I submitted my application on Oct 1st and recommendations were finalized on Oct 10th. So far I have not heard anything back from the school both via email or website. Called them this morning and they said that they received huge amount of applications this year and the decisions will be released by the end of November.(in two weeks )
