Funding/TAships will be communicated in the next few weeks. Not too hopeful based on the email "To be frank, our funding lines have been reduced in recent years, and the awarding of financial assistance has become very competitive."

Form letter

Accepted and on the waitlist for funding. I'll be declining since I have funded offers from other places. For those considering, it sounded like from the letter that funding has become increasingly competitive at UWM, and they warned that funding might not be available in subsequent years either (if an applicant is not offered it at the time of admission). 3a/1w/1r/5p

Got an email rejection and portal has been updated to reflect rejection. Really disappointed but at least I won't have to live in the midwest I guess!
