TTPB: I am in the same boat, I had my interview last month and the Prof said that he would notify me in a week. But he has not responded to my email I sent two weeks back.

I had an interview but still waiting for email from university. No one from University is responding to email as well. What to do.

Rejected from Ph.D. but accepted for Master

Computer systems and software track, IIT graduate, 6 years of work ex and no research experience

VLSI track, dream admit!!!

Applied on Jan 15. Accepted with both scholarship & assistantship. cgpa: 6.5/10, 1.5 years of UX design work-ex, no research papers, strong recommendations.

Chemical Engineering B.S. with a minor in ECE. 1 year R&D experience in desired industry. 1 REU and 3 years of research experience. Low GPA but excellent letters of recommendation.

TTPB, to folks who are waiting for the updates: when did you have the interview? I had 3 interviews (from 2 groups) in January and early February but heard nothing yet.

Has anyone heard back from uci ece?

TTPB: I applied to the Computer Engineering and Systems Group. Was interviewed in early Feb by two professors. One of the POI is my collaborator who unofficially confirmed that I was being extended an offer. Nevertheless, it should be an RA offer. Haven't received the funding letter yet. Perhaps, something will show up after creating NetID.

Undergrad GPA 8.76. Good Profile, Strong SOP, Above Average LOR's, 0-Work Experience, Low GRE Score.

Strong 3 LoRs, TOEFL 96, GPA 3.74 out of 4.5 school from outside of US, NO GRE, 3.5-year work experience in EE industry. 1-year undergraduate research experience.

Did anybody hear back from CMU ECE for Fall 21? When should we expect the admits to roll out?

Anyone got admission from RF/EM track? Please respond if you have or still waiting.
