Due to a lot of deferrals from last year (2020 Pandemic), I was offered to have my applications considered for Spring 2022 or Fall 2022. I have better options though.

Research area: Power Electronics || Applied for PhD ECEE in Dec beginning || opted to be considered for MS incase rejected for PhD || didn't get positive response from PIs || in March beginning, application automatically got changed from PhD to Professional MS in ECEE || in April beginning, it again changed to just MS in ECEE || finally received official admit for traditional MS in ECEE

TTBP who got UCSD. Congrats! Any reason why choosing Ga tech over UCSD?

TTPB: From what I have heard, UCLA does have funding for MS students, but for that one needs a research advisor (better if you contacted/interviewed with a faculty previously).

Accepted to EC93 (ML/DS) spec. Leaning towards my Georgia tech admit.

Ignore waitlist. TTPB - the person asking about UCLA poi initials. Actually, the email I received did not mention any prof initials. It just mentioned that after I accept the offer, I will be assigned an academic advisor, but I am not sure if that entails an RA/TA opportunity with funding. My area is ML AI Vision. I am confused at this point whether to accept the offer. Does UCLA offer RA/TA-ships for MS students?

My application status has not been updated to Admitted/Rejected.
