Mechanical Engineering Graduate School Admission Results

To the poster below. I have asked the department.

Is there still anybody waiting to hear from UCSD? No interview, no email, nothing. I am most likely waiting for a rejection. Was rejected from everywhere I applied with having a high GPA, numerous publications, and a masters degree from a decent American university. Most probably because I wanted to change my research area.

Congratulations to you guys, really excited for you all. I am still here anxiously waiting for their response.

To poster below: I too am waiting to hear back from CMU. But from my understanding, our applications are still under consideration. I was contacted this week by professors who had a couple questions about my application. Best of luck!

Any idea as to when berkeley will decide? April 15 just around the corner

I'd like to think they're taking so long because they're having trouble deciding. But I know that is not true. They'll send out rejects on the 14th of april, for now they've forgotten about my application.Terrible people run their department.

Generic rejection message

Received a very harsh rejection message when I opened the portal link

Maybe we should contact them and ask them to release the results if they already have them?

To the poster below, I mailed them saying that I don't expect an admit and they should just put me out of my misery, but got no reply. This was a week ago.

Yeah well, not doing a masters then. Off to finding a job.

To the below poster mentioned as accepted. Did you receive any mail referring you to the Engineering and Management course from Purdue admission committee?
