To the poster below: I was admitted on Feb 17th. I waited a long time for UT to give me some financial assistance. I contacted the graduate director last week to ask the committee if there was any chance I'd be awarded funding. Unfortunately, their response was not favorable. So, I accepted another school yesterday. I recommend you to do the same thing before April 15th.
