Accepted by the department. International CS undergrad.

Also got an App-ID. Gotta love UMD and their weird portal. People, please reject your offer from UMD if you decided on some place else. They prob have an internal waitlist considering that they have still not released the rejections.

Does anyone have any updates about UMD MSCS? The portal as a new app ID but that's the only change

Generic rejection. Not a huge surprise. They did include a nice joke at the end though: "Your record and qualifications are very good, and we have no doubt of your ability to earn an advanced degree and that you will have a successful career. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors."

ignore wailist. Just received an email, stating that there is an update in the application status. Status is "Update Pending" from yesterday. No congratulatory message on the login page. Does this mean a reject? :(

Rejects from Stanford MSCS and CMU MSCS, MSML, MIIS, and MCDS. Deferred previous fall 2020 admission to on-campus GATech MSML for fall 2021. Awaiting on-campus MSCS decisions from Columbia, UCLA, and UT Austin

This is for online MCS. I already have a masters from UIUC, bachelor's from IIT (India) in another engineering discipline with minor in CS. No recommendations submitted.
