To the poster below, I haven't gotten any info on funding either! I thought it would be in my official acceptance letter but it wasn't there! I'm going to call directly tomorrow and see what they say! I'm leaning towards Hofstra, waiting to hear back from my Queens interview. I was waitlisted in April and hadn't heard anything, so I e-mailed the admissions to ask if they could give me any more information about the waitlist. She let me know that someone on the admissions comittee has been out on surgery, so the process has been extremely slow because of that. She told me that the class has been 75% filled, and she had NO deadline in mind as to when the remaining 25% of the class would be admitted. I find that to be extremely frustrating that it is now the middle of May and the class hasn't even been made. I think it's very unprofessional that they would be moving this slowly and haven't been able to find another committee member to help with the admissions process. |
