Final rejection from all four schools I applied to for Phd this year. To add insult to the injury, these ones said they trust I have gotten an acceptance or will soon get one somewhere else. Utter nonsense. Bye Grad Cafe.

"A decision has been made" about my application. It would be nice if they used the active voice (and actually bothered to post the decision on their website). I'll assume it's a rejection since the department sent notifications of acceptances and wait lists over a month ago. Bad form, Duke. Make some minimal effort to handle rejections considerately.

I had contacted them earlier, and they responded to let me know I'm waitlisted. Should know by mid-April if I'm off the waitlist.

Randomly checked and as some posters said, the link was on the bottom. I already assumed rejection on early February tho. Thanks to the gradcafe postings no need to waste of my energy to hope I was get in here.
