Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

Kinda surprised because I got into Purdue which is ranked the same (and Iowa which both seem to have a better program)- but no worries! Also had long conversations with admissions people that went well, so a bit unexpected. Nevertheless, congrats to all!

Just finished undergrad here a semester early, have research experience and scholarly titles at the school

Very very surprised, definitely in my top few. Strong research experience and volunteering in the field, showcased my EBP competence in the essay with the graph.

Was not offered an assistantship, so I'm not sure that I can afford the cost. I was really impressed with the program and I am grateful to have been accepted nonetheless!

Got a rejection email but under the application status section on my application portal it still says "decision review" so I'm not exactly sure what that means

I was surprised that I was considered because it is highly competitive. 2.9 Cum GPA, Currently 3.4 Post Bacc GPA, Low GRE scores, 5 years of experience in the field.

3.9 CSD GPA, internship, and volunteer experiences. No research. Maybe that's why I didn't get in? Wasn't one of my top schools. I wish the best to those who got in!

3 years of research, senior thesis, respite provider for several individuals with various disabilities, literacy tutor for an individual with Down syndrome and personal experience/connection to the field.

Surprised to get an acceptance! Very excited! Diverse background and research experience.
