Master GPA. Pubs in computational sociology. Emailed prof in advance. Connection matters folks.

Area: Quantum Information/Theory. B.Tech. from Tier-3 college (8.86/10). Several hackathon wins. 3+ international projects. Strong LoR's. 4 arXiv projects and 2 under review. Got offered $2250 per month (final amount not decided yet). Got interviewed by PoI in Jan. There's hope for us shit-tier bros don't worry!

PoI set up a Zoom meeting to inform me. Official email will come within 24 hours. Super excited! My area is PL / systems.

Received an email about acceptance from the CICS department. Portal status is update pending. No GRE, 3 publications, HCI.

Has anyone NOT received notifications (reject or not) yet? It seems like most of the results are notified on Feb 3 and 4. Please comment below (especially if you had interview with POI)

Received the result last week. Robotics/AI 6 Publications at various top conferences and journals.

No Pubs. No GRE. Had a chat with POI before.

No interview. I had interview with PI before the admission cycle starts.

4 years of research experience, publications, teaching experience, 2 years of industry experience.

Admission with GTA for the first year. Applied without GRE scores.

I think the list of profs. in my application was not really taking students this year.

Current Bits Pilani CS UG. Did not expect such an early result.
