I have already accepted an offer at my top choice, so while I'm not anxiously awaiting an admission decision from Georgia Southern where my future depends on it, I find this whole thing so unprofessional. I understand that we're in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, but applicants were told two weeks ago that we would receive a decision within 7-10 days, yet so many of us haven't heard from them. The application deadline was months ago, and I don't understand (across the board because there are schools I never even heard from one way or another) the total lack of communication or why we're 4 days away from the decision deadline with no word from them. I emailed them the other day and never even got a response, so I guess that speaks volumes about their program. If you're really hoping for an acceptance, I sincerely wish you the best of luck! If you have other options, maybe you should consider accepting another offer instead of holding out hope for this program.

Hi! First, good luck/congratulations to everyone reading this. I accepted admission into Miami University of Ohio's program and declined my other offers about a week ago. I am eager to get to know people in my cohort and to start looking for housing. I asked the admissions coordinator if there was a Facebook page for the cohort and she told me one would be made at the end of April, once the cohort was officially complete. However, I am impatient and was wondering if anyone in the cohort had taken the liberty of creating a page for the 2020 cohort at Miami University. Thanks!

Will be interviewing via email next week! Does anyone know if they email us any type of preparation questions/ any other tips? Would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm the one who got rejected. I emailed the admissions office and got my rejection a few hours later for Fall. Anyone else who gets rejected I'm sorry and I feel your pain. It's already looking like a blessing in disguise for me. Good luck to everyone!

To the poster below, I have not heard from cal state east bay either but I got accepted into san jose yesterday and was told that those two run late and to not consider yourself out yet! I got accepted into NAU in feb though so im not sure why you haven't heard back. I will be declining my spot at NAU this weekend so hopefully that helps someone out :)
