Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

To the poster below asking about EMU, they are telling people who call their Graduate Admissions office that the first admissions offers have already been sent out and that the next round of admitted applicants will be notified on the 17th or 18th of April after the first round accept/decline their offers by the national deadline of April 15th.

Has anyone on the waitlist heard anything from the U of M? I received an email last week which said that admissions would start sending out offers to those on the waitlist within the next week.

I can't find the Facebook group for Bloomsburg.. I saw that a link was posted below but it didn't work and I tried searching it but it doesn't come up. Did anyone start one?

To those who have been accepted or waitlisted and do not want to attend, can you please notify Samford as soon as you can because there are many of us who would love to be admitted !! :)

To the person asking about UofM's waitlist, I got accepted off the waitlist on 4/6. The email gave no indication of how many people were receiving acceptances. (Due to a change in circumstances, I will be declining so I hope that helps someone!)

Was waitlisted here and 4 other schools, rejected from one. 3.89 undergrad gpa, 4.0 in CDO courses, 3000 hours of experience in the medical field and 400 volunteer hours. Has anyone created a Facebook page yet?

Has anyone heard anything from Rockhurst?

Was accepted, new school offer came in for me. Most likely rejecting this offer by the end of the week! I hope someone else enjoys my seat! :)

Kind of a bummer. Really thought I had a chance of getting in... I've taught language for a year and a half now which I thought would give my application a little bit of an edge. But I guess not. This is the last school of 6 I have heard back from and now officially have not been accepted to any program this year. I've been waitlisted at a few but most likely will be re applying next year. Anyone else experiencing or have experienced this?

This is my number one choice and I am really hoping to get off the waitlist! Crossing my fingers!

I see that there is not a lot of activity for this school on a forum. Does anyone have an idea of how many people are on the waitlist and how often people get off it?

3.98 GPA post-bac, out of field candidate, research experience, volunteer experience - decided to go to a different school. Hope this helps those on the waitlist!
