I worked closely with graduate outreach who contacted me weeks before submitting my application and was in contact with them nearly daily. Assisted me with my SoP as well as other aspects of the application to help me create a very strong application. Concerns my GRE scores were not strong enough were met with assurance they consider all aspects of the application equally. After contacting the department, I was informed I was rejected because of my GRE scores.
