Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

Has anybody still not heard anything??? I'm a little worried because I had an issue with one of my transcripts and the application became complete a while after the due date. Thanks!

I'm assuming I got denied because I got an e-mail saying that all decisions will be mailed out in the next few weeks :(

I just received a letter notifying me I'm on the wait list. I applied only for the distance program (with a couple months of clinical work in Pocatello). It's my very strong second choice (it's literally four times the cost of local programs).

Summers Track. 4.0 Major GPA; 4.0 Last 60 GPA; 3.4 Overall GPA. SLPA for almost 2 years. Average GREs (in the 150s for both verbal and quant). I'm very disappointed..this was my first choice. I blame mercury in retrograde..just kidding. Good luck everyone!

Disappointed, but I expected it. I've heard they don't like people with experience and I have over 3 years of school and clinical SLPA experience.

Accepted from the waitlist! Super excited as this was my first choice!

I just called this morning and they gave me the same answer, that they were very delayed and had a goal of getting every decision out by the 15th. She said that they go out in waves, though, so no guarantees.

I just do not think it is fair. There was a scheduled interview on 3/29/2017. There were some who were informed of acceptances as soon as 3/31/2017, on Friday, and others on Monday, 4/3/2017. If there were limited seats, why not send the emails on the same day to give people a fair chance at the same time? Why do I get a limited time? In addition. On Friday 4/7/2017, as I was going submit deposit (because I get paid on a bi-weekly period), that's when I received the email of the full program. Can someone see where we are coming from? I have never heard of this.

I was notified via email, portal, and phone call that I was put on the wait list at JU this morning. To the poster below who said they will be rejecting due to acceptance at another program, have you contacted JU to let them know you will be declining? To anyone not accepting their offer, I would be so grateful if you would let JU know very soon! Thanks so much :)

Got a phone call this morning informing me that I am being offered a spot off the wait list. Haven't decided if I am going to accept or not.

Has anyone else not heard back from Touro yet? I already accepted my offer to another school, it's just the last school I've been waiting to hear from and want to know!
