Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

To the poster below. I am in the same boat as you. I'm still waiting to hear from NAU. I'm hoping those rejections below aren't fake. Is this the only website you've seen rejections?

I haven't heard anything from NAU, good or bad. I have seen people get both acceptance / rejection letters however. Does this mean I am on a waitlist and they are holding off on emailing me? Has anyone else not heard back as well? I might reach out to the department because I am a little confused. On the application portal as well it is unclear if I am admitted or not

Bummed I didn't get in but I know it's a top-ranked school and highly competitive! GPA: 3.7

This is my top school! Super excited. Lots of experience working with children. Volunteered for SLP and for an autism center. Worked for a year as a paraprofessional. 157 on verbal and quant portions of GRE, and 3.87 GPA. Waitlisted for funding. Will likely accept this offer, but I'm waiting to see if I get funding at any other schools I applied to. Good luck to everyone!

High GPA, lots of undergraduate experience, and research.

I got an email late Friday night!

Out of state applicant. Really excited about this acceptance but waiting to hear about financial aid offers. I had experience with research abroad and volunteered in multiple research labs during my undergrad and post-bac. I also had a lot of volunteer experience in various settings and 4 years of experience working in schools and with bilingual populations.

Interviewed last week and got my acceptance yesterday!

To the posters below, did you interview with UVA in Feb? If you did then they might be sending out waves of decisions and maybe waiting to see how many initial acceptances of offers they get. But I do not think that they accept students without an interview.

Undergrad Human Development GPA: 3.8 USU COMD 2nd Bachelor GPA: 3.87

MedSLP, health science undergrad, relevant work experience, research experience and publications in the field. Most likely to attend!

CSD GPA 3.98. Involved in 3 field related clubs. Strong LORs. Low GRE as shown (only school of mine that required it-didn't study). Was emailed at 8:30 pm on a Friday.
