Graduate School Admission Results

I have a 3.08 GPA for the last two years of studies but a 2.6 CGPA.

3 Internships, No Academic Research

Taiwanese applicant. Got rejected to the March I. In the email, they said I'm being considered for the Engineering Practice program and I guess it's because I have Civil Engineering background, they probably don't want to loss a prospective student. Original GPA 83/100.

Did anyone get an update from GSAS from the Music Department? (not Steinhardt) I had my interview more than a month ago and no update after that

Get inofficial email from PI and the official offer would come at April 15th.

Told. by email that they would like to consider me for a place on the flex-time PhD. This is... probably not feasible as I am reliant on funding, and also I don't think I could work sufficiently on a student visa. But I didn't get rejected? Yay? Boo?

2a/2w/3r. GPA is MA.

This is for an MS in CS (for S&E). BA in Statistics from a Top 5 US public school, with all A's in CS courses like ds&a, OS, DB, AI, etc. No published research but a strong undergrad honors thesis in statistical machine learning, and a few decent projects in deep learning and computer vision. About 2 years of experience in startups and Big 4 consulting. Program-tailored SoP, though written in one night so not perfect. 1 LoR from a manager. The program targets engineering or science majors, but seems open to others with relevant experience or coursework in computing.
