Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

Received the email at 3pm!!! I am beyond ecstatic. I don't have great stats but I had strong LOR and a strong personal statement and some leadership positions. I am over the moon!!! Waiting on just a couple other school decisions but will most likely be accepting. For those of you with slightly lower GPA/GRE and minimal experience-- it is still possible!

1.5 years of experience as an ABA therapist. No shadowing or volunteer work in the field, but volunteer work in another area. Super excited!!

not surprised since other people had already been accepted! not my top choice but the first school I've heard back from..... can't wait to be rejected a few more times :)

NOT ON WAITLIST. To the poster above: From asking around, no one has heard from Ole Miss, yet. I was told late February/early March. I wonder if the snow/ice storm slowed things down. I think I've hit refresh on my email 100s of times this week! Good luck!!!

got an email that it was posted on the portal. kind of surprised but not upset as I have been accepted to my top programs

Currently doing my undergrad here. A year of research experience, soon to be published, leadership positions, and relevant volunteer work. The letter said I will receive information about merit based financial aid in 7-10 business days. I am hoping I will get a research assistantship position!

Tier 1 waitlist. Strong letters of rec and personal statement. No GRE, 3.8 CDS GPA. Interview went very well. Very much hoping to get in! If you are planning to deny the offer, PLEASE let them know as soon as possible!

Accepted today after an interview on 2/25! I am out of state, so not positive I will go here. Must make a decision by 3/17 so they can offer spots to those on their waitlist.

tier 1 waitlist

Not an interview, but to the poster below wondering about OSU, I have also not heard anything and I didn't even know they did interviews until I saw the posts on here. My portal also still says "pending." I have read through the past years' form posts and it seems like OSU doesn't notify people who were waitlisted or rejected until late march/early April (which is actually really disappointing, especially if people are waiting to hear back before making a decision). At this point, I'm considering other offers and have given up on OSU because there has been absolutely ZERO notification since I submitted my application. It was also the most expensive application, so I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of communication.

received an email to check the portal for application updates! Grateful to have made the waitlist, and hoping for the best. Has anyone been in contact with MU to find out how many applicants are on the waitlist? Congrats to all who received their acceptances today!!!

@ the question about funding, no! The letter said "your application for merit based financial aid has been carefully reviewed. you will receive further details regarding this decision within 7-10 days"

Notified at noon today! Lots of experience working in early childhood education, great LOR, strong personal statement, but low GPA
