I got an email about logging into the portal. I had to click on the submitted form to see that my application was updated.

We make our admission decisions only after reviewing each application very carefully. We received a large number of applications from extremely well qualified candidates and are able to accept only a few. We appreciate the effort you put into your application to WashU and wish you the very best in your future academic pursuits.
