To the Chicago Admit below, how do you check on the website? When I click view decision documents I only see: There is no update to your application status to report.

Anyone with news about this program?

To the person below, I was also facing the same thing when I clicked on decision document. I kept on refreshing every 10 mins and was able to finally see it. Probably their system is not very fast in refreshing the decision letters. Good luck :)

Only thing this school was good for was its ranking. Already got offers from my backup schools so it's only a small loss.

IIT KGP final year undergraduate. Civil Engineering. 2 Internship in CS related field. Good recommendations and SOP.

Received a generic email to check status. Received a nice offer, along with full coverage of tuition and an RA-ship. Previous experience working in labs, two publications in different disciplines.

Received an official rejection via email. However, the faculty member I'd been in contact with emailed me some time later to apologize and explained that the department had been seeking more AI/ML focused students with multiple faculty recommendations. Offered a position in her lab to me over the summer, which was nice.

Rejected on my birthday (RIP). It was a reach anyway, so it's okay.

2 years experience as Research Assistant from NUS. Good SOP and LOR. Disappointed. :'(
