Has Harvard University completed admission decisions for PhD Computer Science? Have accepted students been asked for an interview before the official admission? Really appreciate your responses. Thank you !

My interviewer told me they interview all candidates they intend to accept.

Accepted into HCI. 28k funding package for first 12 months. Low cGPA (2.97), but worked for a few professors across several terms as a TA, RA, and software developer (work-study position). Also have my name on a publication through a work-study position, and very strong letters of recommendation.

Accepted in the Software Innovation Track. No funding. Previously received an email from the track mentor on Jan 25. Background: 3 yrs working experience as a software engineer. MS in Chemical Engineering from the top school in Taiwan.
