Rejected for Phd Computer science. Shocked, heart broken and disappointed as I considered University of Texas - San Antonio a SAFE university for me. I was of the opinion that I shall have 200% admission from it. MS CS from US, 3.5/4 . Four years research experience in different research labs in USA

Has UIUC MS CS given out all the admission yet?

undergraduate topper double major (mathematics, computer engineering), masters degree from Cornell University, had 5 papers in top journals (but no CS paper), one year experience as faculty member.

1 Tier-1 Publication, good GPA, strong LORs. Really surprising :/

I finished my mater in Shiraz University, Iran with GPA 19.03/20. My TOEFL score is:100.

To the posters below, have u sent Ur GRE scores to Purdue through ETS?

To the poster below: Yes, I had sent them my GRE (by mistake). I wasn't aware that they don't need GRE scores. I doubt that they used my GRE scores while evaluating my application.
