To the person asking about Austin. Their open day is on 7th April. To All: can you ask the questions and share the information, which are not admission results on Economics section of the forum, not here. This will make this page less messy.

PhD Track MA, decent funding.

If you have a better offer, please kindly do a favour to those in the waiting list by rejecting your offer earlier. Truly appreciate since this is my top choice.

To the poster below: if info provided by the department is consistent, I assume 40-50 applicants are accepted or waitlisted. But the target class size is 12 so not sure about the chance. Wish people with dominant offer could decline asap. Thanks!

Attached rejection letter and letter 'r' at the end of its name gave me a right sign( Very plain letter as if they did not care much about its content. I am down in the dumps(
