completely bummed... i have no clue what these schools are looking for :(

To the poster below wondering about the MSU letter...on my online application it says "A decision has been made--allow two weeks to receive official letter". Keep checking because it takes them a couple of days to process things and update them on your online app. Unfortunately they do not post the decision online.

I visited Edinboro University yesterday and really liked the program. Yes it is a small school that is relatively unknown at the national level, but their building is brand new, new clinic, and classrooms, and I met some of the professors and students and they were really knowledgeable and very friendly. There is definitely a feel that it is a close-knit community where professors and students work very closely and form good relationships. I think that is important for someone like me who is coming from outside this profession and wanting in. Also, it seems the focus is on learning rather than memorizing and truly helping students have well-rounded experiences rather than just textbook learning. They seem to have a solid program and clear goals. Also, their external practicums are very flexible - if you can make a case for it, you can do them almost anywhere you want - like even a big city like Chicago, NYC, Philadelphia, etc. Another big factor for me was how afforable it is - I did not want to be $80k in debt by the time I graduate which was I was looking at if I decided to accept at the more highly ranked schools in big cities.

I am SO excited! This is the last spot... was offered a GA and in state tuition.

I know I have seen only a few posters from EMU. Has anyone else been accepted or rejected?

I'm accepting admissions into brooklyn college. anyone else?? anyone know anything good/bad about the program?

Anyone of USF's waitlist heard anything? When do you expect to hear something? Did they give you what rank you are on the wait list? ...suspense is killing me!!

I had to go into the comm dis office in order to find out if I had been accepted or not. They had my file set aside because they thought part of my application was missing, but it really wasn't. Yayyyy!

So disappointed , I know I will not be getting in : (

Emailed to get response, and was informed by email. The email said they also sent a letter, so I guess they're sending their rejections by post.

"Program Full"....I'm also wondering what that means....if they even got to my application. Totally bummed :(

Oh well! I got the "Program Full" Message as well. After all the waiting, that's all they're going to say? It actually made me laugh. Good luck to everyone admitted!

I got into Mercy and I am very excited. I am going to need to start looking for places to live. Anyone looking for room mates?

To anyone accepted or rejected to these schools, can you please list your stats. If you have been accepted when do you need to inform these schools of your decision?

"Your application was denied for the following reasons: Program is FULL" what does this mean? does this mean they didn't even look at my application? anyone else get this?
