Electrical And Computer Engineering Graduate School Admission Results

I received an email from a potential PI that I’ve mentioned in my application; the email asked to setup an interview time with him. I will update here as I complete the interview requirement and get an admissions decision result.

Two publications. MSE in Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania with a 4.0 GPA.

No interview, 5 Journal Article, 2 IEEE Conf. Papers

The application was submitted centrally, and no interview was conducted. About a month ago, they requested my master’s degree credentials; however, I was not admitted to any master's program. Also, my undergrad CGPA is not that good, which could result in a rejection.

They wait listed me earlier, but didn't email me mentioning that. Later contacted grad co and recieved confirmation of wait listing today.

Informal offer by PI and later a mail from the dept.

Got an email with a TA offer.

Got an email with admit letter and 4.5k tuition waiver.

Checked the portal and the status was updated from "In review" to "Admitted"

Email to check portal, ECE Ph.D (EE track). Informal meeting with POI before, and receive informal offer after meeting.

I was told that my profile better suits their Masters program and that I should submit on that behalf. I am now an Msc applicant.

Rejected with no interview but offered to apply for Masters in ECE
