CS background. Weaker GPA, GRE, and TOEFL compared to other applicants. One alumni‘s(my mentor from Microsoft) recommendation letter. Once thought that getting CSE admission would be easier than getting CS admission, so applied for the CSE instead of CS. Things turn out that it still hard. |
