honestly at this point i don't know if i would go even if i get in... admissions is such a hot mess it makes me think twice about how the department is run..

Yikes. I think the least they can do for having us wait this long is let us in. I'd call it even ha.

TTPB: "We hope to send out final admissions notifications by the end of May. There is a small chance it may extend past that date." ... lol end of may is tomorrow, they're not sending out admissions decisions on weekends...

Hey! They said to expect decision in a few weeks. That was last week. Committee is still reviewing applications they said. Most schools have given letters out and students are enrolling from mid next month for fall session. International candidate with relevant work experience. Either email Rethmann who is program director as she responds to emails .

Direct admission, score 77/100. Applied on April 1st, got the results today. I'm very excited!

It took them 4 months to reject me finally! I wish they would notify unsuccessful candidates much earlier, especially those, who weren't selected for interviews. Although it's more or less clear that having no interview invitation after 4-6 weeks almost surely means a rejection , it would be easier to get a formal notification in time.

Top 10% of my class, First Class CS degree from top 10 UK University, final-year project research dissertation in Machine Learning, internship in research organization, accredited online courses in Machine Learning and numerous ML projects. They want the absolute cream of the cream, anything else is beneath them... So sick of applications

161Q GRE, 159V. 110 TOEFL. But I had a weak background in Econ and quantitative fields, so this was kind of expected. (weird how it took them over three months to process my application though)

Anyone with any admission update?
