Electrical And Computer Engineering Graduate School Admission Results

Applied for PhD program, but was admitted for master's due to lack of funding currently. Told I could transfer to PhD once funding becomes available. Interviewed with professor twice: once via Zoom and another on campus. This was for Electromagnetics and Acoustics track.

No interview. Congratulations email. 2 years UG research, 1 year MS research. No papers, 1 patent. 5 relevant summer internships.

Visitation invite sent out in early January, met with professors to discuss projects and funding.

Undergraduate GPA is 3.54/4.3, studying for the first graduate degree in communication area, no paper, two internship experience.

Is there anyone who applied to PhD ECE at UN-Lincoln and received their funding decision?

Noticed my applicant portal was blank for a few days, emailed to ask about it today. They said no decision had been made on my application and they would refresh my portal. A bit later I got a notification that an admissions decision was ready so idk what was happening lol.

3 Conference Papers, 2 Journals (1 Q1), First author one of them. IELTS 7.5 (Speaking 7), MS (Home Country): 3.63, MS (From US) GPA 3.96 I don't know what they expect. :(
