To the posters below: I am in the same boat (still under review)! They told me that due to heavy snow and more applicants than typical, the decisions are being made a little late this season and that we should hear back before the end of March. Good luck!

To poster below, my stats are nothing exciting. I didnt write the PGRE so I dont expect to get in. I just wish places sent rejections more swiftly rather then get your hopes up.

None heard of CWRU, Utah, Houston and U Kansas?

Applied for CMT. I had 3.5 years of experience in experimental condensed matter, with a bunch of conference presentations and two papers in the works (one in experiment, one in theory). Not too surprising, but I was optimistic.

I inquired my application, and got a reply. "The Admissions Committee has already sent several offers of admission as well as several denials. There are some applications that have not yet been acted upon. Yours is one of those. I do believe that the final decisions should be sent out via e-mail by the end of the month. "
