Ignore WL. TTPB, same haha. I'd have easily picked this program over the others I got into but at this point I'm planning to head to CMU MISM-BIDA if they don't let me know in another few days. Funnily, I was waitlisted for Columbia DS last year and my application is much better this year, so it kinda sucks that I haven't even been put on a waitlist yet.Also, I've been waitlisted at NYU lol so it's pretty sucky to narrowly miss acceptances at both schools. It is my fault though. I attended a very good engineering undergrad program(top 3), but my grades are simply not up to par in the important courses(A mixture of B's and B+'s and a few A-'s). Now I kinda wish I'd attended a less prestigious undergrad program and gotten straight A's there- seems like people who did well in less prestigious undergrad schools are getting in pretty easily. |
