Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

To the poster below: I did not receive an email right away, I actually found out by constantly checking the website. Which website? Glad you asked, here is how to get to the elusive 'website' everyone is referring to: go to the "Office of Admission @ TC" website click on "How to apply"; click on the link that says "degree programs"; click on the link that says "1. Create an application account on the Teachers College Online Application System."; now that you are on the online application system, type in your username and password. After you do that you should be on a page that says: "Application for Admission: Submission Status: Submitted" followed by "Recommendation Providers: blahblah submitted" and THEN, right after that, IF they have already made a decision on your application there will be a heading that says "Decision Status: Available beginning 3/29/2011" followed by a link that says "Your application decision is now available online". And that's it. That's where your decision is located. I wish you all the best! :)

Haha read the status on my account on their website "admission denied" it was disappointing!

Seriously...bummer! :(

I called the graduate admissions office a few days ago and they gave me a lot of vague answers about when stuff would go out. She told me that my status on the website would be changed and when I told her that the website still said it was Submitted and Completed she just said I guess they haven't made a decision yet then. Not very helpful and very vague, I hope they make a decision soon and let us all know!!

I received an email today asking me to come in for an interview. I will most likely be declining the interview because I've already been accepted to my first choice. Hope this helps someone else out.

Oh snap! mine changed too. I emailed a professor there today and she said she can't tell me when the decisions are going out as they are done by the admssions office. GAH! Good luck to all though, hope we all get in =) what are your stats, if oyu applied to vsu?

To the poster below-My application status has also been changed to decision pending. I'm wondering if it just means that our applications are being reviewed as opposed to "ready" for review. Sigh. Hopefully soon! I can't take this stress much longer!!!! Let me know if anything changes for you and I'll do the same. Good luck!!

for those of you who have heard from TC, where did it say on the website? the application?

I did not apply to Kean because I heard it was very very selective. I just don't understand how you didnt get in and had those credentials and you go there. Like the professors- you know them. but congrats on the other schools.

Has anyone heard anything from UNCG in the past few days? I'm getting antsy!

i had an interview last week with queens, it was very relaxed, a small group with two professors on the committee. they said we would hear back from them early to mid april. good luck on your interview!

So I have been checking the status daily and within the past few hours my status changed from "Complete-ready for review" to "decision being processed" UGH! what's the decision?! Anyone else hear from VSU?
