Look at it this way, you will probably get a better education elsewhere, for less money, and you already have tons of great experience that you may not get at Loyola. Loyola was the last place I was waiting to hear from and I got my first rejection. It is the lowest ranked school I applied to. The letter said that my qualifications were not as competitive as other applicants. I went to Cornell and got a BS in animal science w/ 3.41. I then took my SLP pre-reqs at UMD and got a 3.67. My GREs are 730V/660A/4.5AW. I personally worked with Dr. Stanley Greenspan, Diane Lewis, and countless other world-renowned professionals, and have had 6 years of clinical experience (my own clients) using Floortime and the ABLC... Did anyone else get completely smacked in the face by Loyola? |
