Speech Language Pathology Graduate School Admission Results

How is Edinboro University's SLP Master's program? Anyone know? I got an assistantship with acceptance there too...

I got the "Dear Accepted Students" e-mail also, I called them, they said they send it to everyone and that they can't give results out over the phone. Checked my mail and there it was! Accepted for the 3 year track.

From what I can gather, they usually accept 35ish students each fall. Did they give you a deadline for when you have to accept by? This is my third and final semester I am applying and have been wait listed at 8 schools this far! As you can imagine, I'm freaking out that this is the closest I've come to being accepted! To the other TAMUK poster - no problem! :) I added my stats this time. I took the GRE twice though - my first time I did HORRIBLE. Best of luck, there has to be someone else who declined or will decline! I'll post here if I end up declining, this last school is driving me crazy by making me wait. Do you know how many they accept usually?

i had an interview with lehman 2 weeks ago, they said that they would start sending out decisions in a few weeks, so im hoping within the next week or 2 well starting hearing back from them. good luck!

Anyone accepted thinking of going elsewhere?

Do they email out rejections too? I just tried calling them and they never picked up (I called 8 times, actually). When will we know --yes or no? Has anyone successfully reached a real person on the phone?

I also have not heard anything from SJSU. I am starting to assume that since I haven't heard anything that I have been rejected because two people in my undergrad program have been notified. Good luck to everyone else!

April 1st is their idea of mid-march?

I called the graduate school at Western Carolina today. She said they are currently in the process of making decisions but she couldn't give me a time frame. She transfered me to the CSD department but no one answered. She said once they decided people would be notified via email and told to log onto the university's website to check for admission decisions. I wish she could give me a date, I am really interested in their program. The waiting is killing me!
