Expected at this point. Quite devastated honestly, no offers yet and only 1 waitlist for a small program, too hopeless to feel disappointed now.

Pretty encouraging letter. I submitted just before the deadline and have an end of the alphabet name. If you haven't heard yet, I'd guess that it's WL of some degree.
